63% measured completeness ยท 27 scored features ยท measured at 56d2d327 on 2026-07-27. The percentage is recomputed from the scorecard, not stored here.

What it is

Adjustments is how a store corrects the stock figure the system holds when reality disagrees with it โ€” shrinkage, damage, theft, stock found again, or a recount. Someone drafts the correction against one location, states a reason for it, reviews it, and completes it; completing is the moment the recorded quantity actually changes and a permanent trail is left behind. It is the manual counterpart to the stock changes that receiving, transfers and counting make on their own.

What it does today

What it does not do yet

A missing item means another system has it and QIIUB does not yet โ€” not a commitment to build it. The scorecard calls this a comparison map, not a backlog.

Where it stops

Adjustments owns the correction document and the act of posting it: the reason, the quantities, and the one-way trip from draft to completed or cancelled. It does not own the shared list of reasons, the stock figures it writes into, or the two neighboring flows that raise corrections by themselves โ€” counting a location, and damaged units arriving from another location. Those belong to Stock Counts and Transfers, even though they produce the same kind of document.

operable with caveats

The clean operable state is owner-declared only โ€” no measurement can produce it, and this module has no such declaration.
